Return / Refund Policy
Procedure and Criteria for Return / Refund
- We only accept returns within 7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of delivery
- Returns are only allowed due to any of the following reasons:
- defective item
- item error
- missing item
- order error
- order not delivered / received
- Any request for returns/refunds must be done via the Returns Form
- Darul Andalus has the right to reject any returns application if it is due to customer’s own mistake / negligence during purchase / checkout
- Application for returns must meet the following criteria:
- order invoice must be shown as proof of purchase
- item must be unused and in its original condition or packaging
- All return / refund request will be carefully assessed and inspected by our team
- Notification will be sent via email to inform the outcome of the return / refund request
- Once approved, the process will take approximately 5-10 working days from the date of notification
- For wrongly delivered items, replacement of items will be at no extra cost
- For returns / exchange due to customer's own mistake / negligence, a flat fee of SGD 20.00 (2-way trip) will be charged
- Any amount to be refunded will be credited to the customer's account
Cancellation
- Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders is allowed
- Customers are strongly advised to be confirm their purchase before checkout and payment
Exchange
- · Exchange is only permissible for items with the same price
