Procedure and Criteria for Return / Refund
1. We only accept claims/returns within 7 working days (Monday
to Friday) from the date of delivery/self-pickup.
2. Returns/Refunds are only allowed due to any of the following reasons:
- defective item
- incorrect item delivered
- order not delivered/received
3. Darul Andalus Pte Ltd has the right to reject any return applications if it is due to customer’s own mistake/negligence during purchase/checkout.
4. Application for returns must meet the following criteria:
- order invoice must be shown as proof of purchase
- item must be unused and in its original condition or packaging
5. All return/refund requests will be carefully assessed and inspected by our team.
6. For wrongly delivered items, its return and replacement will be at no extra cost.
7. Any amount to be refunded will be credited to the customer's account. An administration fee of 10% applies.
1. Contact us at 6746 1657 (during our office hours) to make appointment for an exchange at our warehouse.
2. Exchange is only valid for items of same value or more. Customers are required to top up any price differences by Paynow at our warehouse.
3. Exchange is only allowed once.
4. Subject to stock availability.
Strictly no cancellation of orders is allowed. Customers are strongly advised to confirm their purchase before checkout and payment.
