Procedure and Criteria for Return / Refund

  1. We only accept returns within 7 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of delivery
  2. Returns are only allowed due to any of the following reasons:
  3. Any request for returns/refunds must be done via the Returns Form
  4. Darul Andalus has the right to reject any returns application if it is due to customer’s own mistake / negligence during purchase / checkout
  5. Application for returns must meet the following criteria:
  6. All return / refund request will be carefully assessed and inspected by our team
  7. Notification will be sent via email to inform the outcome of the return / refund request
  8. Once approved, the process will take approximately 5-10 working days from the date of notification
  9. For wrongly delivered items, replacement of items will be at no extra cost
  10. For returns / exchange due to customer's own mistake / negligence, a flat fee of SGD 20.00 (2-way trip) will be charged 
  11. Any amount to be refunded will be credited to the customer's account
